Notice under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. Japanese is the official version; English is provided for reference.

Note for j (remove before publishing): as an individual seller, you may be able to write 「請求があった場合には遅滞なく開示いたします」 (“disclosed without delay on request”) for the seller name, address and phone number, instead of publishing them, as long as you really can send them promptly when asked. Please confirm this yourself against the Consumer Affairs Agency (消費者庁) guidance for 通信販売 before publishing, and fill in or replace every placeholder below. Also confirm consumption tax treatment and the payment provider.

役務の内容Service	日本語学習のための 1対1 オンラインコーチング（セットアップ通話、月2回の通話、チャットでのサポート、日記をもとにした音声教材を含む）1:1 online coaching for learning Japanese (setup call, two calls a month, chat check-ins, and listening audio made from your journal).
販売価格Price	創業メンバー（先着3名）：最初の3か月分 180米ドル（一括前払い、月額60米ドル相当）、4か月目以降 月額60米ドル 通常：最初の3か月分 330米ドル（一括前払い、月額110米ドル相当）、4か月目以降 月額110米ドル 消費税の扱い / consumption tax treatment (税込表示 etc.) Founding client (first 3 clients only): $180 for the first 3 months, paid upfront ($60/month), then $60/month. Standard: $330 for the first 3 months, paid upfront ($110/month), then $110/month. Prices are in US dollars.
商品代金以外の必要料金Other costs	インターネット接続料金・通信料金、カード会社等による為替手数料はお客様のご負担となります。Your own internet and data costs, and any currency conversion fees charged by your card issuer or bank.

解約についてStopping	最初の3か月分は一括前払いのお申し込みです。4か月目以降は月単位の契約となり、いつでも事前の通知なしに停止できます。メールまたはチャットでご連絡ください。The first three months are paid upfront in one payment. After the first three months, billing is monthly and you can stop any time, with no notice needed. Just tell me by email or chat.
返金についてRefunds	ご希望があれば、理由を問わず返金いたします。最初の3か月分の前払い金の全額返金も含みます。一部返金（請求されたばかりの月の分、またはその一部など）にも対応します。hello@lastlang.com までご連絡ください。Yes. If you ever feel you want a refund, just ask, and you’ll get it, no questions asked. Partial refunds are fine too: if you’d like a refund for a month you’ve just been billed for, or part of it, just ask. If you don’t want to pay me, I don’t want your money.
